Analysis

A violation of the provisions regulating or banning the use of additives (other than those that increase the addictiveness of tobacco) is subject to a fine of up to 200,000 PLN, imprisonment, or both. A violation of the ban on the use of additives that increase the addictiveness of tobacco is subject to a fine of 500,000 PLN, imprisonment, or both.

The law aligns with FCTC Art. 9 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines in that the law imposes sanctions for content regulation violations.
