Violations of the ban on internet sales and the sale of oral tobacco are subject to a fine of up to 200,000 PLN, imprisonment, or both. Violations of the ban on the sale of single cigarettes and vending machine sales are subject to a fine of up to 2,000 PLN.

Violations of location-based sales restrictions are punishable by a fine of up to 2,000 PLN.

Violations of the minimum retail package size are punishable by a fine of up to 200,000 PLN, imprisonment, or both. 

Violations of the ban on sales to persons below the age of 18 are punishable by a fine of up to 2,000 PLN.
