Sales Restrictions

A violation of the ban on internet and vending machine sales is subject to confiscation of the products and a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL imposed on the retail entity or the taxable person carrying out the activity.
A violation of the ban on the sale of single cigarettes sticks is subject to confiscation of the products and a fine of 20,000 (twenty thousand) ALL imposed on the retailer.
A violation of the ban on the sale of tobacco for oral use is subject to confiscation of the product and a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL imposed on the wholesaler or retailer. Repeat violations are subject to a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand).
Location-based Sales Restrictions

Violations of location-based sales restrictions are subject to confiscation of the products and a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL imposed on retailers or the taxable entity carrying out the activity.
Minimum Retail Package Size

Violations of the minimum retail package size are subject to confiscation of the products and a fine of 20,000 (twenty thousand) ALL imposed on the retailer.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
(e.g., seizure of the product, publication of the violation/violator)
A violation of the minimum legal sales age is subject to confiscation of the product and a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL imposed on wholesalers and retailers. Repeat violations are subject to a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ALL.
