Article 4(1) of Law No. 128 of November 8, 2013, which adds Sec. 1-bis to Art. 51 of Law No. 3 of January 16, 2003, prohibits smoking in outdoor areas of educational and training institutions.

Outdoor areas of hospitals and research centers

Analysis

Smoking is prohibited in outdoor areas of “teaching hospitals, hospitals and research centers and external gynecology and obstetrics, neonatology and pediatrics departments at teaching hospitals, hospitals and research centers.”
