Society for the Advancement of Health v. Minister of Health

A public interest association sued the State and the City of Tel Aviv/Jaffa for lack of efficient enforcement of a law prohibiting smoking in public spaces.  The court denied the petition, citing official answer by the Ministers of Health and Police, and by the Mayor of Tel Aviv/Jaffa, that they are acting to begin enforcement of the law.
