Non-Smokers' Rights Association v. Belaubre

The Non-Smokers’ Rights Association (DNF) brought suit against "Club Cigare" magazine and its director, alleging that the publication of a full page picture of people smoking cigars and the declaration of June 17, 2007 as the first annual cigar festival constituted unlawful advertising of tobacco products. The court held that the magazine and its director were both guilty and imposed civil and criminal fines.
