Doctors for You v. Andhra Pradesh

Civil society organization, Doctors For You, filed suit requesting that Andhra Pradesh enact a gutkha and tobacco pan masala ban.  Via an interim order, the court imposed a deadline by which government must indicate its decision regarding a gutkha ban.
