The consumer protection agency is responsible for enforcing smokefree areas, regulations on smoking areas, and posting of signs.

The Administrative Offenses Code gives authority to police authorities to apply sanctions provided for in this law, except where there is exclusive and concurrent competence of other specified agencies.
