State Service for the Protection and Security of a Healthy Society
The law gives responsibility to the State Service for the Protection and Security of a Healthy Society to enforce smoke free provisions. However, the nature of their responsibilities or whether they are required to enforce the law is unclear.
To align with FCTC Art. 8 and the FCTC Art. 8 Guidelines, the law should place a duty on the enforcement agency to ensure compliance with the law.
