Analysis
Violations of the disclosure requirements are punishable by a fine ranging in amount from NTD 100,000 to NTD 500,000, and are ordered to report within a specified period of time. Those who fail to report within the specified period of time shall be fined repeatedly and continuously for each failure to comply.
The law aligns with FCTC Art. 10 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines in that the law imposes sanctions for disclosure violations.
