“Electronic cigarette” means a product that can be used for consumption of nicotine vapor via a mouthpiece, or a component of the product, comprising a cartridge, a tank and a device without cartridge or tank.

For the purpose of this review, we will be using the term “e-cigarette” when referring to “electronic cigarette.”

“Refill container” means a container that contains liquid nicotine and that can be used to refill an electronic cigarette.

“Retail sale” means sales to consumers.

“Wholesale” means sales other than retail sale.

“Sponsorship” means any form of public or private contribution to an event, activity, or person with the aim or the direct or indirect effect of promoting a good or product.
