Smoke Free Status of Outdoor Places

Does the law require any outdoor or quasi-outdoor spaces to be smoke free or restrict smoking in any way? Examples of such places include within a specified distance of doorways, outdoor patios of bars or restaurants, parks/beaches, outdoor stadiums, and outdoor markets.

Open environments designed for sporting activities

Article 5 of Law No. 13 of 2008 prohibits smoking in all outdoor places designed for sporting activities. The Executive Order provides an extensive, though not exhaustive, list of outdoor (and indoor) sports locales where smoking is prohibited.
