Analysis
The Smoking Order imposes a duty on districts council to enforce, as respects premises, places, and vehicles within each district, the provisions of the Order and regulations made under it. An authorized officer of a district council is authorized to enter premises, carry out inspections, require production of and take possession or a substance or product, and require information from a person.
