Nigerian Industrial Standard (NIS) 463:2014, Standard for Tobacco and Tobacco Products - Specifications for Cigarettes
COMMENTS: NIS 463:2014 regulated tobacco product packaging and labeling. These regulations addressed cigarettes only and no other tobacco products. This standard was replaced by the 2018 edition.
National Tobacco Control Act, 2015
COMMENTS: National Tobacco Control Act, 2015 regulates all aspects of tobacco control including smoke free places, tobacco advertising and promotion, tobacco packaging and labeling, protection against tobacco industry interference, and product disclosure, among other areas.
