Analysis
The law prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18. It also establishes that the vendor shall put a visible notice board in the entrance door of their point of sale, indicating that no tobacco products shall be sold to a person under the age of 18 years.
The law meets FCTC Art. 16 in that it prohibits the sale of tobacco products to minors.
