Any person that violates advertising and promotion provisions

Violations of tobacco advertising restrictions are punishable by a fine of 150 standard units on natural persons and 350 standard units on legal entities.
The provisions align with FCTC Art. 13 and the FCTC Art. 13 Guidelines in that penalties apply to entities as well as individuals. However, to align more fully, penalties should increase with repeat violations, and license suspension and cancellation should also be considered as penalties.
