For individuals, violations of location-based sales restrictions are punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars for a first conviction; a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars for a second conviction; and a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars for any subsequent offense.

For a body corporate, tourist establishment, club, bar, restaurant, or other business, violations of location- based restrictions are punishable by a fine not exceeding one million dollars. In addition, the business owner, operator, manager, director, corporate officer or mother person in control may be held personally liable.

These penalties are not applicable to small shops owned by individuals; itinerant vendors of small goods; or peddlers.
