E-cigarettes are regulated under Prohibition of Advertising and Restriction of Marketing of Tobacco and Smoking Products Law, 5743-1983, as amended in 2019 by Amendment No. 7 of the Restriction of Advertising and Marketing of Tobacco and Smoking Products Law, No. 5779-2019 and Amendment No. 8 of the Restriction of Advertising and Marketing of Tobacco and Smoking Products Law, No. 5782-2022.
