			The law states that “violations are assessed and sanctions are imposed by representatives of the local police or the Ministry of Internal Affairs” for violations of smoke free provisions. It is not clear if there is a duty to enforce.
To align with FCTC Art. 8 and the FCTC Art. 8 Guidelines the law should clearly impose a duty to enforce and require a protocol for inspections.
