For selling tobacco products without packaging or violating the rules on the rotation of health warnings, a first offense is punishable by a fine of 150 laris, and repeated violations are subject to a 300 laris fine. Selling tobacco products whose packaging and labeling is misleading is subject to a fine of 5,000 laris and confiscation of the offending tobacco products.
For selling tobacco products in packaging that does not correspond with the established requirements, violations are punishable by a fine of 5,000 laris and confiscation of the corresponding tobacco products.
