Retail Package Size Restrictions

Retail Licensing Requirements
The law does not require retail traders in tobacco products to obtain a license to sell tobacco products. The law does allow for relevant permits to carry out manufacturing, importing, and selling tobacco products.
To law align with FCTC Art. 15, the law should require retailers to obtain a license to sell tobacco products.
