The Regulations specify that “the Labor Inspectors of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, shall have collaborating or auxiliary officials to assist them.” The Regulations also specify that the “Council of Occupational Health shall collaborate in the prevention of consumption of tobacco products and derivatives.”

Ministry of Public Safety
