Under Joint Order No. 0001, the General Warning on the front of the pack states in French "Fumer tue" or "Le Tabac tue", and in English "Smoking Kills" or "Tobacco Kills", accompanied by an image illustrating the general warning.

The Specific Warnings required on the back of the pack are:
"Smoking Causes Lung Cancer" (accompanied by an image)
"Smoking Causes Rotten Teeth" (accompanied by an image)
"Smoking Causes Mouth Cancer" (accompanied by an image)
