Description of current required warnings/messages:

The regulatory status code “Uncertain” was selected, because although the law defines “health warning” or “warning” as “the prescribed pictorial and textual information required to be displayed on tobacco packaging and labeling about the health or other effects of tobacco use or exposure to tobacco smoke or other relevant messages, such as information about quitting,” the law also states that only those warnings prescribed in the regulations shall be used. As of the date of this review, no regulations have yet been issued.
