The Danish Labor Authority, Maritime Authority, Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing, and Ministry of Employment have authority to enforce over their respective jurisdictions. However, it is unclear if there is a duty to enforce.
To align with FCTC and the FCTC Art. 8 Guidelines, the law should expressly impose a duty to enforce.
