Bejon Misra v. Union of India

A consumer advocate sued the Indian government asking for the voiding of an order in which the Executive Authority restored subsidies and exemptions to the manufacturers of gutka and chewing tobacco products. The court dismissed the lawsuit because the order in question had been withdrawn by the government.
