Non-Smokers' Rights Association v. Lignac, et al.

The Non-Smokers’ Rights Association brought suit against a magazine and its director for three instances of publication of photos bearing the name and logo of Mild Seven and Marlboro cigarettes in violation of a tobacco control law. The Court ordered the magazine and director to pay civil damages and imposed criminal penalties.
