Non-Smokers' Rights Association v. Le Parisien

The Non-Smokers' Rights Association (DNF) brought suit against Le Parisien magazine for publishing images of Formula One race cars and drivers bearing advertisements for Marlboro and Mild Seven cigarettes. The court dismissed the action because the tobacco product logos were illegible on the photos.  The photos, accordingly, did not constitute illegal advertising.
