National Committee for Tobacco Control v. The Paris School of Architecture

A public school and the school's director were cited for violating smoke-free laws.  The court found defendants liable and ordered payment of monetary damages both to the student plaintiff who complained about non-enforcement of the smoking ban and the plaintiff, NGO.
