Any person who violates the law and “those who permit, promote or tolerate any of these behaviors”
Penalties for violating any provisions of the law include warnings, fines ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 UI (Indexed Units), and temporary closure, depending upon the severity of the offense.
The law aligns with FCTC Art. 9 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines in that the law imposes sanctions for contents violations.
