Characterizing flavor: A clearly noticeable odor or taste of anything other than tobacco, due to an additive or combination of additives, which may include but not limited to fruits, spices, herbs, alcohol, caramel, menthol or vanilla and which is noticeable before or during the use of a tobacco product.
