“Health warning” or “health message”: warning or other information about the health effects of tobacco use or exposure to tobacco smoke, the benefits of and/or suggestions for quitting, and any other appropriate tobacco control message, as prescribed by ministerial instructions provided by an Order of the Minister in charge of health.
