Disclosed information readily available to the public

Not Required
Analysis

The law does not require that disclosed information be made readily available to the public. While the law requires tobacco products packages to carry "information on systemic poisons, carcinogenic, and mutagenic substances," this is not the same as making reports (or disclosed information from reports) from manufacturers and importers readily available to the public, as only limited information may be placed on tobacco product packaging.

To align with FCTC Art. 10 and the FCTC Arts. 9 & 10 Partial Guidelines, the law should require that disclosed information made readily available to the public.
