Analysis

A violation of disclosure requirements is subject to: (a) in the case of a natural person, a fine not exceeding one thousand Emalangeni or to a term of imprisonment for three months or on conviction for a second or subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding five thousand Emalangani or to a term of imprisonment for one year; or (b) in the case of a body corporate or an association of persons, to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand Emalangeni or on conviction for a second or subsequent offense, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand Emalangeni.
