Article 2 of the 2007 Law (which adds Art. 6 Bis (6) of the 1981 Law) establishes a section within the Ministry of Health that is responsible for enforcement of all tobacco control laws. The Bylaws impose a duty on authorized officers to document offenses and the actions taken by the officer.
