Analysis

The law prohibits smoking or exposing others to tobacco smoke in all workplaces, public places, and public transport facilities. It is uncertain whether the law includes prohibiting smoking in outdoor places. The procedures for the implementation of smoke free places are to be defined by regulatory enactment, which have not yet been issued.
