Violations of most location-based sales restrictions are punishable by a fine in the amount of 20 to 50 base units.
Violations of the restrictions on sales in stores and pavilions with retail space of at least 1,000 square meters are punishable by a fine of up to 20 base units.
Minimum Retail Package Size
The law does not regulate the minimum size of tobacco product packages; therefore, there are no associated penalties.
Minimum Legal Sales Age
Violations of the ban on sales to persons below the age of 18 are punishable by a fine in the amount of 20 to 50 base units.
