Ingredient
Ingredient: flavoring substances added to tobacco, additives with tobacco and non-tobacco content, as well as non-tobacco components used in the production of tobacco products.

Includes tobacco, components (e.g. paper, filter), including materials used to manufacture those components, additives, processing aids, residual substances found in tobacco (following storage and processing), and substances that migrate from the packaging material into the product (contaminants are not part of the ingredients). Flavor
Flavor: non-tobacco substances added to tobacco to give a tobacco product a unique taste and aroma.

Non-tobacco components: the cigarette paper, ink, adhesives, filters, as well as any other parts other than tobacco used in the production of tobacco products.
