The Ministry of Public Health designs the no smoking signs required to be posted in smoke-free premises. In addition, the Ministry collects fines for violations of the law, in collaboration with the National Environment Protection Agency and the Ministry of Interior Affairs. However, the law does not specify the agency responsible for investigating and enforcing violations of the smoke-free provisions.
