COMMENTS: Decree No. 65-74 Laying Down the Rules for Packaging of Tobacco, Cigars, Cigarettes, and Matches contains labeling provisions for many tobacco products, but does not address health warnings. This decree was amended by Decree No. 2022-75, which addresses health warnings.
