COMMENTS: The Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology (ESMA) issued UAE.S 5030:2018 to regulate e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. The standard includes provisions regulating devices, e-liquids, disclosure requirements, and packaging and labeling.
