Television and Sound Broadcasting Regulations, 1996 (as amended)
COMMENTS: The Television and Sound Broadcasting Regulations, 1996 govern television and radio broadcasting generally. Relevant to tobacco control, the Regulations prohibit licensed broadcasters from broadcasting certain types of advertisements, including tobacco advertising.
