The Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010 (Incidental Provision and Commencement No. 4) Order 2013
COMMENTS: The Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010 (Incidental Provision and Commencement No. 4) Order 2013 prohibits the sale of tobacco products by vending machine and establishes an effective date of April 29, 2013. The Order also revokes several provisions of previous legislation.
