Tobacco Regulation (SFS 2001:312)
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Regulation (SFS 2001:312) grants authority to the Institute of Public Health to issue regulations on packaging and labeling. The Regulation was amended by SFS 2014:832 to reflect the change of the name of the Institute of Public Health to the Public Health Agency.
