COMMENTS: The Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 transpose many of the provisions of Directive 2014/40/EU (Tobacco Products Directive), including the requirements of health warnings to be placed on tobacco product packaging. These regulations were amended by the Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and the Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
