Tobacco Products Regulations, 2014
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Products Regulations, 2014 are the implementing regulations issued under Tobacco Products Act, 2003 (No. 3 of 2003) and contain specific requirements for smoke free places; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and packaging and labeling of tobacco products, among other things.
