COMMENTS: The Tobacco Control Act 2005 is the primary law which contains provisions relating to administration arrangements for tobacco control in the country, as well as basic measures on tobacco consumption in public; advertising, promotion and sponsorship; packaging and labeling; and penalties for violations.
