COMMENTS: The Tobacco Act (SFS 1993:581) was the primary piece of tobacco control legislation up until its repeal by the Act on Tobacco and Similar Products (SFS 2018:2088). It governed smoking in public places; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and tobacco packaging and labeling. The English Language File includes amendments up to SFS 2005:369. The Original Language file includes amendments up to SFS 2016:353. Subsequent amendments are uploaded separately below.
