COMMENTS: The Regulation to the Tobacco Regulation and Control Act, No. 1047 was issued under the Organic Law for the Regulation and Control of Tobacco. The Regulation implements provisions of the Organic Law on smoke free environments and tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship.
