COMMENTS: The Tobacco Control Regulations of 2021 are made pursuant to the Tobacco Control Act 2005 and regulate tobacco consumption in public; advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and packaging and labeling. The regulations also expand the requirements for health warnings.
